Consoling-सांत्वना

During our recent trip back home, one of our dinner table conversations hurt a family member. Hurt was not about what was said/done but that it was said/done by one of the dear ones. I wrote this to console. In Hindi.....

सांत्वना 

सुनो! सुनो मेरे भाई।

जैसे को’ संत सांई 

साँच कहत चारूबाई।

जोही अपन कहलावत है

सोही हमका रुलावत है

जैसेही हमका हंसावत है।

बात नहीं कुछ नई

नाहीं दीखावत को' चतूराई

सुनो, हमरी कुछ सुनो मेरे भाई

आवे तो याद दिलावत है।

    ........ चारू
