Rag Jaijaiwanti


I am thinking of my father a lot today. In his memory I am posting a favorite Rag of his; Rag: Jaijaiwanti sung beautifully by Pundit Jasraj.

    Meanwhile I had an LP of Pandit Jasraj's Sur Padaavli, containing one number for each of Shri Nathji's darshans (e.g. Mangala, Bhog, Shringar, Gwal, Sen, etc). Try to get your hand to it.
